Cleaning Moisture Steam inside the watch

If you notice any moisture or steam inside your watch underneath the glass, we recommend that you bring the watch to one of our branches as soon as possible. The presence of moisture and humidity can cause considerable damage to all parts of watches, including the movement, dial, watch hands, etc. both cosmetically and mechanically.

In order to save the watch with minimal damage, steam, humidity, or moisture must be removed, seals must be inspected, and the watch must be resealed. The presence of moisture or humidity inside the watch indicates that the seals on your watch have deteriorated or that your watch has not been resealed.
